Manyata Developers set out to challenge the conventional real estate sales journey with the launch of Manyata Ekamoi Gardens.
A premium plotted development off Sarjapur Road inspired by the Japanese philosophies of Shizen (Natural Simplicity), Yugen (Subtle Beauty), and Seijaku (Serenity in Stillness). More than a residential community, Ekamoi was envisioned as a wellness-led destination where architecture, nature, and mindful living exist in harmony.
The challenge was to communicate an experience that had yet to be built. Traditional marketing tools such as brochures, renders, and model plots could showcase the development, but they couldn't capture the emotions, lifestyle, and sense of belonging that defined the Ekamoi philosophy. The objective was to help prospective homeowners experience the brand long before the first villa was completed.

Our approach was to shift the conversation from selling plots to selling a way of life. At the heart of the strategy was Ekamoi Gardens, India's first immersive real estate experience centre, designed as a curated “day in the life” journey.

To position Ekamoi Gardens as a real estate innovation, we combined strategic PR, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
The Experience Centre was positioned not simply as a marketing installation but as a first-of-its-kind customer engagement model that reimagined how premium real estate could be experienced before purchase. Creator collaborations further amplified the Experience Centre’s reach, with Shubra Aiyappa, Ankit Vengurlekar, Sampada Yadav, and Tanvi Mehta sharing authentic, experience-led content that brought the Ekamoi lifestyle to life. By showcasing the seven immersive zones and it's philosophy, their storytelling extended the experience beyond on-ground visitors, encouraging prospects to engage with the project. The narrative was also amplified through leading business, architecture, construction, and lifestyle publications, generating meaningful conversations around experiential marketing, wellness-led communities, and the future of luxury living.

The result extended well beyond media visibility. Ekamoi Gardens transformed customer engagement by turning the home-buying journey into an immersive, experience-led narrative.
