Bold & Beyond started in Bangalore in 2021 by Sonalika Pawar and Shylesh Jain. The bet was simple. Brands were spending more on communications and trusting it less, because the work arrived in pieces from people who had never met. So we hired strategists before we hired salespeople, and we put PR, design, social and film on the same accounts from day one. It slowed us down for a year. Then it became the reason clients stayed.
The team has roughly doubled every year since. Sixty people now work across Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad, on brands that range from a first-year cafe to Disney, Porsche and Marriott. We are still independent, still founder-run, and still hiring for the same three things: taste, hunger and honesty.
