Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru had all the fundamentals in place - a strong location, a sleek property, and a steady base of business travellers.
What it lacked was cultural relevance beyond that audience. The shift was from being a hotel people stayed at, to a place people chose to spend time in. We approached this as a repositioning exercise, not a reinvention.
The idea was to reintroduce the property through a lifestyle lens, one that could sit comfortably between work and leisure in a city where the two often overlap.

The campaign was built around the concept of “bleisure,” turning everyday stays into experiences people wanted to talk about.

The Sunday brunch was positioned as a cultural moment, building familiarity and recall.
Influencer-led storytelling transformed staycations into aspirational content, while weekdays were reframed as workcations and weekends as full-fledged getaways. Food and beverage became a key driver of visibility. The Sunday brunch was positioned as a recurring cultural moment, building familiarity and recall within the city’s social circuit. At the same time, immersive media experiences - including FAM trips and curated events such as Shad Skye and the Tevar showcase, helped bring the property into Bengaluru’s cultural calendar. Coverage expanded beyond travel into lifestyle and entertainment, allowing the hotel to show up in more relevant conversations. The result was a clear shift in perception.

In a matter of months, Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru began to move beyond its corporate identity, driven by consistent visibility, influencer momentum, and on-ground engagement.
