Cosmetic surgery in India has long existed behind closed doors - misunderstood, often judged, and rarely spoken about openly. For Dr. Karishma Aesthetics, the expertise was already established. What needed to change was perception.
The shift was from silence to conversation. We approached this as a cultural narrative, not a promotional one. The objective was to normalise aesthetic care - moving it away from secrecy and towards confidence, choice, and self-expression.
The campaign was built on storytelling that felt real and relatable. Key moments across the year, such as Women’s Day, World Plastic Surgery Day, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month, became anchors for conversations around resilience, reconstruction, and self-acceptance.

Experiential formats played a key role. Events like Golden Hour Glow and Botox & Bubbles allowed media, creators, and tastemakers to engage with the brand firsthand, turning curiosity into understanding.

The result was a clear shift in both perception and engagement.
Across platforms - from expert-led features and radio to Instagram Lives and in-clinic content, the messaging remained consistent: aesthetic care can be personal, empowering, and approachable. At the same time, the brand was brought closer to culture through influencer-led content, editorial features, and collaborations within the beauty ecosystem. From bridal storytelling to seasonal skincare narratives, the clinic began to show up in spaces that felt relevant and aspirational.

Conversations opened up, trust strengthened, and visibility translated into real footfall. Dr. Karishma Aesthetics moved beyond being known for its work. It became a space people felt comfortable choosing, on their own terms.
