With Zarqash marking Michelin-starred Chef Rohit Ghai’s long-awaited India debut, the mandate went far beyond launching a new culinary destination. At a luxury address like The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore - in a city that prides itself on refined taste - the challenge was to create an introduction worthy of a global name. Zarqash needed more than visibility; it needed cultural weight. The goal: position Chef Ghai’s progressive Indian cuisine as the new benchmark for fine dining in Bengaluru and make his homecoming feel like an event the city couldn’t miss.

We recognised an opportunity to elevate the debut into a three-day narrative: exclusive, experiential, and orchestrated with intention. If Bengaluru’s tastemakers, media, and luxury influencers experienced Zarqash the way Chef Ghai envisioned it - with nuance, craft, and multisensory detail - the launch wouldn’t just introduce a restaurant. It would signal the arrival of a new chapter in Indian dining.

Our Approach

To build intrigue and establish credibility, we curated a tiered three-day launch designed for maximum impact. On 24th September, the journey began with an ultra-exclusive GM’s Table for select HNIs and socialites, offering an intimate first look at Chef Rohit Ghai’s culinary philosophy. The following evening, on 25th September, the focus shifted to Bengaluru’s most influential lifestyle, features, and F&B editors with a media-only table crafted for depth, storytelling, and strong press amplification.

The experience culminated on 26th September with the main launch - a high-energy celebration that blended luxury, culture, and craft. Live handpan music, a bespoke perfume bar with Secret Alchemist, refined Indian-inspired décor, an open bar, and a dedicated photo booth transformed the space into an immersive, multi-sensory environment. Every element was intentionally designed to ensure one outcome: making Zarqash truly impossible to forget.
