Its offerings spanned food, wellness, toys, and accessories — everything a modern pet parent might need. But scale alone wasn’t enough. The brand needed to evolve from being a store with presence, to a name with resonance. With scattered media visibility, growing competition, and a need for deeper emotional connect, the challenge was to reposition HUFT as more than a retail brand — as a community that cared.

In a market increasingly defined by empathy, HUFT’s real value lay in the bond it shared with pet parents. Our goal was to surface that emotional currency through strategic storytelling, high-impact events, and a voice that felt both authoritative and warm. From flagship properties like Wag Away and Pettin’ Out with Swiggy to city-led initiatives like Dogathon and a Valentine’s Day breakfast with SMOOR, every campaign was designed to delight, engage, and elevate HUFT’s cultural presence. We rolled out hyper-local press efforts that made every store launch feel local and personal, while influencer collaborations built organic reach within pet-loving communities.

Simultaneously, we elevated HUFT’s leadership narrative with curated business features and exclusive interviews with founder Rashi Narang — positioning the brand as not just a pet-care provider, but a voice of authority and innovation in the space.
