After over 15 years of shaping the pet-care category in India, Heads Up For Tails had built a wide-reaching presence across 15 cities. Its offerings spanned food, wellness, toys, and accessories — everything a modern pet parent might need. But scale alone wasn’t enough. The brand needed to evolve from being a store with presence, to a name with resonance. With scattered media visibility, growing competition, and a need for deeper emotional connect, the challenge was to reposition HUFT as more than a retail brand — as a community that cared.

Our Approach

We created a PR ecosystem that championed both visibility and meaning. From flagship properties like Wag Away and Pettin’ Out with Swiggy to city-led initiatives like Dogathon and a Valentine’s Day breakfast with SMOOR, every campaign was designed to delight, engage, and elevate HUFT’s cultural presence. We rolled out hyper-local press efforts that made every store launch feel local and personal, while influencer collaborations built organic reach within pet-loving communities.

Simultaneously, we elevated HUFT’s leadership narrative with curated business features and exclusive interviews with founder Rashi Narang — positioning the brand as not just a pet-care provider, but a voice of authority and innovation in the space.
