Italia, India’s first Venetian-inspired Cicchetti bar, had built a name for itself with authentic Italian flavours and refined ambience. But while the experience remained elevated and immersive, the brand’s identity needed a refresh – one that could reflect both its old-world charm and contemporary relevance in a rapidly evolving fine-dining landscape.
